In one line: Jorri is for people looking for a nikah, every profile is verified, credits are prepaid and never expire, and behaving badly gets you removed.

1. The agreement۱۔ معاہدہ
These Terms are the contract between you and HYPERBLOCK (PRIVATE) LIMITED (CUIN 0330809), Lahore, which operates Jorri. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use Jorri.
یہ شرائط آپ کے اور ہائپربلاک (پرائیویٹ) لمیٹڈ (CUIN 0330809)، لاہور کے درمیان معاہدہ ہیں، جو جوڑی چلاتی ہے۔ اکاؤنٹ بنانے سے آپ انہیں قبول کرتے ہیں۔ قبول نہ ہوں تو جوڑی استعمال نہ کریں۔
2. Who may use Jorri۲۔ جوڑی کون استعمال کر سکتا ہے
You must be at least 18 years old and legally free to marry. Jorri is for people seeking marriage, not for casual dating. One person, one account, in your own name, with your own photographs. Accounts created for someone else, or for a business, are removed.
آپ کی عمر کم از کم 18 سال ہو اور آپ قانوناً نکاح کے اہل ہوں۔ جوڑی نکاح کے خواہشمند افراد کے لیے ہے، وقتی تعلقات کے لیے نہیں۔ ایک شخص، ایک اکاؤنٹ، اپنے نام اور اپنی تصاویر کے ساتھ۔ کسی اور کے لیے یا کاروباری اکاؤنٹ ہٹا دیے جاتے ہیں۔
3. Verification is compulsory۳۔ تصدیق لازمی ہے
Before your profile can be seen by anyone, you must verify your identity with an official document — CNIC, NADRA digital CNIC or passport — and a live selfie. The check is performed by our partner Didit; the document does not reach our servers. Without verification you can build your profile but you will not appear in Discover and you will not see other members. Refusing or withdrawing consent means your profile stops being shown.
آپ کی پروفائل کسی کو دکھائی دینے سے پہلے آپ کو سرکاری دستاویز — CNIC، نادرا ڈیجیٹل CNIC یا پاسپورٹ — اور لائیو سیلفی سے تصدیق کرانی ہوگی۔ یہ جانچ ہمارے شراکت دار Didit کرتے ہیں؛ دستاویز ہمارے سرور تک نہیں آتی۔ تصدیق کے بغیر آپ پروفائل بنا سکتے ہیں مگر ڈسکور میں نہ آپ نظر آئیں گے نہ آپ کو کوئی نظر آئے گا۔ رضامندی سے انکار یا واپسی پر پروفائل دکھانا بند ہو جاتا ہے۔
4. How to behave۴۔ رویّہ
Jorri is meant to feel like a respectful family setting. You must not:
جوڑی کا ماحول باعزت خاندانی ماحول جیسا ہونا چاہیے۔ آپ نہیں کر سکتے:
- harass, insult, threaten or pressure anyone, or continue writing to someone who has stopped answering;کسی کو ہراساں کرنا، گالی دینا، دھمکانا یا دباؤ ڈالنا، یا جواب نہ دینے والے کو مسلسل پیغام بھیجنا؛
- post nudity, sexual content, or images of other people;برہنہ یا جنسی مواد، یا دوسروں کی تصاویر لگانا؛
- pretend to be someone else, use another person's photos or documents, or lie about your marital status;کسی اور کا روپ دھارنا، دوسرے کی تصاویر یا دستاویزات استعمال کرنا، یا ازدواجی حیثیت چھپانا؛
- ask members for money, sell anything, advertise, or recruit for any service;اراکین سے پیسے مانگنا، کچھ بیچنا، اشتہار دینا یا کسی سروس کے لیے بھرتی کرنا؛
- share another member's photographs, messages or personal details outside Jorri;کسی رکن کی تصاویر، پیغامات یا ذاتی معلومات جوڑی سے باہر پھیلانا؛
- use the service for anything unlawful under Pakistani law.پاکستانی قانون کے خلاف کوئی کام کرنا۔
We remove profiles that break these rules. Serious cases — impersonation, threats, sexual content involving minors, fraud — are removed permanently and, where the law requires, reported to the authorities.
ان اصولوں کی خلاف ورزی پر پروفائل ہٹا دی جاتی ہے۔ سنگین معاملات — جعل سازی، دھمکیاں، کم عمر افراد سے متعلق جنسی مواد، فراڈ — مستقل طور پر ہٹائے جاتے ہیں اور قانون کے مطابق اداروں کو اطلاع دی جاتی ہے۔
5. Credits۵۔ کریڈٹ
- Credits are a prepaid way to use certain features. They are not money, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and have no value outside Jorri.کریڈٹ بعض سہولتوں کے لیے پیشگی ادائیگی ہیں۔ یہ پیسہ نہیں، منتقل یا نقد نہیں کیے جا سکتے، اور جوڑی سے باہر ان کی کوئی قیمت نہیں۔
- They do not expire while your account is open.اکاؤنٹ کھلا رہنے تک یہ ختم نہیں ہوتے۔
- Women pay zero credits on every action.خواتین کے لیے ہر سہولت مفت ہے۔
- Twenty likes a day are free for everyone. Current prices for the other features are shown in the app before you spend anything, and we will tell you in advance if they change.روزانہ بیس پسند سب کے لیے مفت ہیں۔ باقی سہولتوں کی قیمتیں خرچ سے پہلے ایپ میں دکھائی جاتی ہیں، اور تبدیلی سے پہلے ہم بتائیں گے۔
6. Payments and refunds۶۔ ادائیگی اور رقم کی واپسی
Top-ups are made by JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank transfer to Hyperblock. Each payment is checked by hand against our account statement: you send the money, enter the transaction ID, and the credits appear once we have matched the transfer. This usually takes a few hours. If we cannot find your payment we tell you why in the app and no credits are added.
ادائیگی جاز کیش، ایزی پیسہ یا بینک ٹرانسفر کے ذریعے ہائپربلاک کو کی جاتی ہے۔ ہر ادائیگی کی دستی تصدیق ہوتی ہے: آپ رقم بھیجتے ہیں، ٹرانزیکشن آئی ڈی درج کرتے ہیں، اور تصدیق کے بعد کریڈٹ شامل ہو جاتے ہیں۔ عموماً چند گھنٹے لگتے ہیں۔ ادائیگی نہ ملنے پر ایپ میں وجہ بتا دی جاتی ہے اور کریڈٹ شامل نہیں ہوتے۔
Credits already spent are not refundable. If you paid and received nothing because of a fault on our side, write to support@jorri.pk within 30 days and we will credit or refund the amount. If we close your account for breaking these Terms, unspent credits are not refunded.
خرچ شدہ کریڈٹ واپس نہیں ہوتے۔ اگر ہماری غلطی سے ادائیگی کے باوجود کچھ نہ ملا ہو تو 30 دن کے اندر support@jorri.pk پر لکھیں، ہم کریڈٹ یا رقم واپس کریں گے۔ شرائط کی خلاف ورزی پر اکاؤنٹ بند ہونے کی صورت میں غیر استعمال شدہ کریڈٹ واپس نہیں ہوتے۔
7. Your content۷۔ آپ کا مواد
Your photographs and words remain yours. You give us only the permission we need to run the service: to store them and show them to other members inside Jorri. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account. You confirm you have the right to publish everything you upload.
آپ کی تصاویر اور تحریر آپ کی ہی رہتی ہیں۔ آپ ہمیں صرف اتنی اجازت دیتے ہیں جتنی سروس چلانے کے لیے ضروری ہے: انہیں محفوظ کرنا اور جوڑی کے اراکین کو دکھانا۔ مواد یا اکاؤنٹ حذف کرنے پر یہ اجازت ختم ہو جاتی ہے۔ آپ تصدیق کرتے ہیں کہ جو کچھ آپ اپ لوڈ کرتے ہیں اس کا حق آپ کے پاس ہے۔
8. What we do not promise۸۔ ہم کیا وعدہ نہیں کرتے
We verify that a profile belongs to a real, adult person with a genuine identity document. We do not verify what people say about their intentions, their family, their income or their character, and we cannot promise you will find a spouse. Meeting anyone in person is your decision: meet in a public place, tell your family, and involve a wali where that is your custom. We are not responsible for the conduct of members outside the app.
ہم تصدیق کرتے ہیں کہ پروفائل ایک حقیقی، بالغ فرد کی ہے جس کے پاس اصل دستاویز ہے۔ ہم اس بات کی تصدیق نہیں کرتے کہ لوگ اپنی نیت، خاندان، آمدنی یا کردار کے بارے میں کیا کہتے ہیں، اور رشتہ ملنے کی ضمانت نہیں دے سکتے۔ کسی سے ملاقات آپ کا فیصلہ ہے: عوامی جگہ پر ملیں، گھر والوں کو بتائیں، اور جہاں رواج ہو ولی کو شامل کریں۔ ایپ سے باہر اراکین کے رویّے کے ہم ذمہ دار نہیں۔
The service is provided as it is. To the extent Pakistani law allows, our liability towards you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
سروس جیسی ہے ویسی فراہم کی جاتی ہے۔ پاکستانی قانون کی حد تک، آپ کے تئیں ہماری ذمہ داری اُس رقم تک محدود ہے جو آپ نے دعوے سے پہلے بارہ ماہ میں ادا کی۔ جو ذمہ داری قانوناً محدود نہیں کی جا سکتی، وہ اس سے متاثر نہیں ہوتی۔
9. Suspension and closing your account۹۔ معطلی اور اکاؤنٹ کی بندش
You can delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, that we reasonably believe is fraudulent or impersonating someone, or that belongs to a person under 18. Where it is fair to do so we tell you why and let you reply.
آپ کسی بھی وقت ایپ سے اکاؤنٹ حذف کر سکتے ہیں۔ ہم ایسا اکاؤنٹ معطل یا بند کر سکتے ہیں جو ان شرائط کی خلاف ورزی کرے، جس کے فراڈ یا جعل سازی کا معقول شبہ ہو، یا جو 18 سال سے کم عمر کا ہو۔ جہاں مناسب ہو، ہم وجہ بتاتے ہیں اور جواب کا موقع دیتے ہیں۔
10. Reporting problems۱۰۔ شکایت
Every profile and every conversation has a report button. Reports are read by a person. For anything else write to support@jorri.pk.

11. Changes, law and courts۱۱۔ تبدیلیاں، قانون اور عدالت
We may update these Terms; if a change matters we will tell you in the app before it takes effect, and continuing to use Jorri means you accept it. These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction.
ہم یہ شرائط تبدیل کر سکتے ہیں؛ اہم تبدیلی سے پہلے ایپ میں اطلاع دی جائے گی، اور استعمال جاری رکھنا قبولیت شمار ہوگا۔ یہ شرائط پاکستان کے قوانین کے تابع ہیں اور لاہور کی عدالتوں کو دائرہ اختیار حاصل ہے۔
